I was originally going to be a teacher but now I am a Project Manager of Change, it wasn't my destiny, but change found me!Project Manager:It's exhilarating to project manage transformational change. I love working with a team and through relationship building, collaboration and creativity, mould an approach and form a plan that we believe in, businesses buy into and commit to, and ultimately implementation takes place with little or no disruption.The reward is seeing how fearful people acquire new skills and perform tasks competently. Resistance melts away as improvements become evident, and the delight that businesses experiences when sales go up, customer satisfaction index improves and people feel good about the work that they do. What a privilege.Achieving through valuing each person, treating each one with kindness, in a unique and respectful way. Seeking to understand each person in my team so that I can get the best from them, and give them an opportunity to grow. Investing in relationships, treasuring the role of stakeholders, I don't achieve, WE achieve.
