Develop, Research, Draft, Negotiate, and Finalize Contracts to Secure Educational, Cultural and Professional Development Services for the Public and Charter Schools of the City of New York.

Assigned by U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs to aid in the rebuilding and economic development of Ukraine and displaced higher education institutions. Helped to rebuild the Department of English of the renowned Donbas State Pedagogical University (Slovyansk) in the southeastern region recovering from war and armed conflict. Worked with displaced faculty and teaching assistants to train teachers and graduate students develop curriculum, educational and cultural arts projects, assess student levels and provide textbook and online tools analysis.

Manage and recruit research team for analyzing legal issues regarding energy, taxation, project finance, securities and political economies in the Middle East;Direct the political analysis and oversee Arabic to English translations of constitutions, regulatory and legislative codes and civil society activities of arab countries;Manage and supervise the recruitment participants and partnerships for international projects and conferences;

Implemented and managed day-to-day operation of the regulatory compliance and ethics program for a major health services non-profit servicing over four hundred persons with developmental disabilities, promoting compliance to New York State Mental Health Laws, OMRDD, Part 624 and HIPAA regulations;Responded to alleged violations of policies, initiated investigations, ensured corrective actions were implemented where non-compliance were found;Managed and supervised staff for regulatory compliance documentation of over two hundred clients with disabilities; Investigated incidents and allegations of human rights violations of persons with disabilities at organization facilities, in accordance with state laws;Identified potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk, and assisted and supported staff in implementing improvement;Managed and directed the classification, systemization and safekeeping of incoming records, psychosocial and psychological evaluations, behavioral modification plans and medical reports of clients.

Developed and evaluated projects for local government organization aiding artisan cooperatives;Assisted local women’s embroidery cooperative to produce higher quality of goods, and retarget marketing to wider customer base; hotels, restaurants, resorts, and local exhibits;Structured workshops training government staff to provide management assistance to artisanal cooperatives. Worked to increase transfer of knowledge between staff and resident artisans;Designed business courses and taught fundamentals of feasibility studies, marketing strategies and cost-benefit analysis.
