As a domestic abuse advocate, social science researcher, and art therapist, I work with survivors of abuse and trauma to help them heal and rebuild their lives. I use various art modalities, such as painting, drawing, collage, and sculpture, to facilitate emotional expression, self-awareness, and coping skills. I also conduct research on the impact of art therapy on mental health and well-being, and share my findings with the community and the media. In addition, I am a fashion creative designer at an independent wellness clinic, where I create sustainable and ethical clothing and accessories that promote holistic health and wellness. I have over four years of experience in the field of sustainable fashion and well-being, and I am the founder and creative director of my own brand. My mission is to combine my passions for art, fashion, and social justice, and to use my skills and expertise to make a positive difference in the world.
