Provided In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA) Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) to the Integrated Voice Communications System (IVCS) and Dynalec Integrated Announcing System (DIAS). Created top-down breakdown (TDBD) structures. Created and maintained bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly ILS status reports. Provide logistics support management for the proper accountability, reporting, and management of for more than 10 major C4I Programs/Projects valued at over $10.5M.Active participation and support for all efforts and requirements: Integrated Master Schedules, other POA&Ms, data calls, briefs, reports, documents, Integrated Product Teams, equipment inventory management, logistics auditing and tracking of: installation check out parts, on board repair parts, test equipment, Government Furnished Equipment, technical data, software, CDMD-OA configuration overhaul planning (COP) files, reviewing applicability of UID and RFID requirements. Generated, tracked and managed all related DD-1149, DD-250s and other shipping documents. Successfully assisted in leading warehouse and transportation efforts both domestic and foreign. Receiving, shipping, documentation, inventory management, tracking, configuration management, and trouble reporting of the Navy Multiband Terminal related equipment, including all platforms to be installed afloat and ashore and engineering development models. Used Catalog Ordering Logistics Tracking System (COLTS) and Remedy (for Problem Report Reviewing Board (PRRB) - biweekly management meetings). Proper configuration management captured via COLTS on all tracked equipment across all platforms and sites. Managed the UID receiving and shipping of selected components, utilizing COLTS and IUID scanning equipment. PRRB involved the tracking of trouble reports and statistical data. Generated DD-1149s and tracked DD-250s. Provided inputs and recommendations on user requirements for COLTS Development IPTs. Participated in the development of a document repository system with Remedy Developers; entailed documents within program management, systems engineering, logistics and testing, among other documents. Submitted CDMD-OA workfiles.

Major milestone documents included: Acquisition Coordination Team (ACT) Charter, Acquisition Strategy, Acquisition Program Baseline (APB); memos: Program Deviation Report (PDR), Project Definition Documents, and Technology Readiness Assessment.
