Embedded consultant who works with customer to help reduce their MRO demand on the plant floor by executing proven methodologies and leveraging Rockwell Automation’s broad portfolio of services and capabilities. Focus to help the customer increase productivity, reduce costs, and improve reliability. • Full time at the customer plant developing and managing repair/remanufacturing processes; • Develop installed base evaluation (IBE); • Develop financial and technical reports; • Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements regarding the Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO)/repair process with focus on plant reliability; • Develop and manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) associated with the repair process at the customer location;• Coordinate and process repair transactions; • Perform daily reporting and data analysis by gathering product data from customer Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and Rockwell Automation tracking software; • Create program metric reports using Rockwell Automation software and other tools that meet customer requirements; • Make recommendations based on inventory levels, failure trends, repair history trends, pricing considerations and obsolescence management; • Facilitate Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) process; • Apply reliability model to improve customer up time and operating equipment effectiveness; • Responsible for communication between the customer account manager, sales, distributors and RA product management to ensure that required information is provided timely and accurately; • Develop relationships with key customer stakeholders to identify the customer’s key performance indicators;

• Monitoring the process of purchasing materials and assisting the operations team in look for alternatives when an occurrence brings risks to the dates foreseen for the project, also participating in the meetings being the focal point of interface between the stakeholders, ensuring that everyone receives the clear and timely information concerning them;• Analysis of contracts/orders/commercial proposal;• Billing products/projects;• Interface with all other strategic areas and business support such as project management, purchasing, operations (assembly, warehouse, and shipping), tax department, logistical, accounting and finance;• Low code developments on Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI and Power Automate);• Development of dashboards (Power BI);• Data analysis and processes focused on continuous improvement;• Receipt and control of supplier service invoices;• Development of dashboards (Power BI);• Support to review of customer and supplier SAP register.
