An experienced and dedicated leader with 27 years Management experience which includes coaching and development of high performing teams. I maintain a comprehensive knowledge of Change Management, HR practices, and Lean Mythology. I have utilised my previous Banking experience to improve working practices and managed /developed a Finance Team from 2010 -2016 within Retail.At present, my role is to lead a team dealing with Stakeholder complaints. I have strong leadership behaviours and will challenge where necessary in the ethos and to the benefit of the partnership. I instill a balance between customer/ partner/profit understanding, driving when necessary the need for change. I utilise my previous change management skills within my current role when required.I am actively involved with Branch Talent and Healthy Working Lives initiative within the workplace.
