While I was well trained as a Journalist and worked in print and broadcast for 25 years, its my love of working with the public that stimulates me the most. I am very talented working in highly charged conditions. My training in Casino Management, and high end hospitality has groomed me with great customer service skills that out shine my competitors. Besides being nominated for a New England Emmy, I have been a proven leader in my State. My strong writing abilities have served me continuously since 1977 when I was made the first woman editor of an Air Force Newspaper. Then my craft took me to public newspapers in Lexington, Massachusetts and quickly led to writing , reporting and producing for television news. My husband ran the Alternative Press in Rhode Island and Maine for which I did continuous ghost writing whenever needed for the Phoenix Newspapers. I am an accomplished leader as a Planning Commissioner, as a officer in my local American Legion, as Governor, President and " Person of the Year" for my States' Professional Realtors Organization. While I have performed various positions in hospitality my writing has never ended. I created the employees newsletter at MGM Grand. My love now moves towards screen writing as I begin the journey to learn all aspects of this medium. The excitement never ends.
