Principal in a Nursery to Grade 12 modern school. Capacity building meant team building to align assessment tools, ensure curriculum documents were updated and implementated with resources to compliment instruction, professional development with current issues and trends, continues planning to reach the education department goals set out in the Comprenhensive Community Plan, held administrative meetings, attended local meetings pertaining to education, strategical planning sessions with Director of Education and School Board members, maintained administrative correspondance and school program documents, and provided a balancing act of personal attendance at the school and participating in much needed present and voice at provincial level meetings for additional/continuous supports for Peguis Central School.
