• Developing Climate/Impact Strategy for financial isntitutions;• Developing and implementing ESG Management Systems for commercial and development banks (E&S Policy, E&S DD, E&S Action plans, Reporting, Compliant with IFC PS1);• Developing and implementing Impact measurement tools and procedures for commercial banks and funds;• Analysing socio-economic and ESG impact of banks and international corporations (using Input-Output modelling);• Developing of SDG mapping tools and analysis;• Delivering ESG trainings (online and in-person) to different types of investors (private banking, insurance, commercial banking and other)

• Develop and maintain the sales pipeline for the DACH region. Achieve both personal and team monthly metric targets in conjunction with the field Sales Teams.• Developing offers in the field of Energy Storage and Photovoltaic Systems• Developing and implementing Sales processes to increase efficiency• Keep up with industry trends and best practices, including utilization of new technology and web resources.• On-Boarding and training of new staff
