I started out on the production floor at N.E.W. Industries Inc. and worked my way up through the ranks, this has given me the advantage to see everything from a different perspective. Because of this each position that I had advanced into, was easier to learn as I already knew the background already. I am not afraid of a challenge and learning something new, in hopes of changing the way we do things for the better. The current position that I hold is the seventh position that I have had in the same company, this shows the drive and dedication that I have.
