I have close to a decade of experience in providing personalized and holistic services that address the physical, mental, and emotional needs of each person in need. I am passionate about empowering people to improve their well-being and quality of life through manual therapies, physical fitness, and helping them build healthy awareness of their individuality, to impact the world positively, all by giving a helping hand. I have developed strong skills in designing and delivering customized and structured programs, conducting assessments, providing feedback, and motivating individuals to reach their full health potential. I am also committed to continuous learning and professional development, and I regularly attend trainings, workshops and courses to enhance my knowledge and skills in the health & wellness field.
