Training/inducting care staff within Mandatory 1-2 of Bupa’s Policies and Procedures training program• Coordinated Training program according to training matrix: COSHH, Medication, Behaviour That Challenges, infection Control, Nutrition and Hydration, MCA/DOLS, Safeguarding, Moving and Handling, Fire Safety Awareness within the care homes• Updating of staffs ILP’s via Management system, liaising with unit managers and home manager regarding staff training • All training via web based application using PC’s, Tablets and practical elements in training room

• Supporting customers via remote access, email and telephone regarding our Nursery Management software• Testing new releases of software (including bug tracking) and the compatibility of labels for use with various laser/thermal printers used within the horticulture industry• Travelling onsite to install, support and train new and existing customers in the use of business management and label printing software (including handheld PDA’s) within the United Kingdom and Europe.• Update and write company literature (training manuals and booklets) on-going • Liaising with the development and sales teams with regards to software updates and customer sales/feedback

• Delivered OCR qualifications to level 2-3 including regular reviews (ILP) to support clients educational needs • Training in the use of the Microsoft Office suite• Setup IT workshops and drop-ins for clients currently on the program and those clients wanting to boost their chances of employment through CV workshops• Registered and setup the company for OCR online qualifications• Setup an IT suite with network so customers could learn, share files and printers• Supporting colleagues/end users troubleshooting issues with various software applications and hardware • Reported serious hardware faults to head office and updated the computers software when needed

• Taking care of the IT support, customer services and administration side of the business also sub-contracting tradesman for the handyman side of the business• Problem-solve and support customers with PC problems throughout the region remotely or on site• Taking service quotes and estimates via telephone and email from the public, putting good levels of customer service into practice on a daily basis• Business development, accounts and marketing ongoing• Maintaining the business website when needed

• Delivering IT training using PowerPoint presentations and Smartboard to demonstrate desktop hardware and software as part of the programme to large groups of learners• Registering learners for NVQ Level 2 qualifications and submitting their work to be externally verified• Writing additional materials for the programme and setting up computer systems for learners

• Delivering IT skills to NVQ level 2, key skills, practical skills, and job search workshops within IT suite• Liaising with external organisations concerning the learner’s career path i.e. Connexions, HDC etc.• Reviewing learners educational progress every 2-4 weeks with their Connexions Personal Advisor
