Teaching:- BECON 220 - Intro to Microeconomics Theory: microeconomic theory applied to individual decision-making, market analysis, and the role of prices. Topics: consumer demand, production, exchange, resource allocation, and government intervention.- BECON 221 - Intro to Macroeconomic Theory: the study and analysis of the aggregate economy. Topics: National income, inflation, business fluctuations, unemployment, monetary systems, federal budget, and international trade.-BUS 301 - Quantitative Analysis for Business: provides statistical tools to analyze business problems and enhance decision-making. An applied approach to organize, explore, and analyze data, design experiments, and surveys, understand estimations and significance tests.-BECON 420 - Intermediate Microeconomics Theory: applies tools of intermediate microeconomic theory to issues of particular interest to business students. Topics: Market processes, consumer theory, firm behavior in competitive and imperfectly competitive markets, product pricing, and strategic behavior.- BECON 421 - Intermediate Macroeconomics Theory: examines the models used in modern macroeconomics to study such topics as long-term economic growth, inflation, interest rates, and short-term economic fluctuations. -BECON 423 - Financial Markets and Institutions: an introduction to financial markets and associated institutions. It examines the role of inflation, interest rates, and exchanges. It also studies how they are determined.-FIN 430 - Intermediate Business Finance: Focuses on the financial management of business organizations. Topics: capital structure determination, dividend policy, working capital management, and corporate risk management.-BUS 520 - Microeconomics for Managers: applies tools of intermediate microeconomic theory to issues of interest to managers. Topics: Market processes, consumer theory, firm behavior in competitive and imperfectly competitive markets, product pricing, and strategic behavior.

Teaching:• ECON& 201 - Microeconomics: This course introduces to the economic way of thinking with applications to scarcity and choice, demand, costs, efficiency, uncertainty, market power, profit, government policy, production and allocation, property rights and wealth maximization.• ECON& 202 - Macroeconomics: This course studies modern economy, including such topics as national output, employment, inflation, money and banking, public finance, economic growth and international trade.Research Interest: Decision theory (including Uncertainty), Environment Issues in Development Economics, Taxes and economic growth.
