I am a member of the BCF Business Law group, and focuse my practice on this area. Having earned a Master's degree in taxation, I also address domestic and international tax matters. My combined business and tax knowledge and skills make me an advisor of choice for many businesses, executives and entrepreneurs including start-ups.I regularly participate in mergers and acquisitions, as well as a number of other transactions related to venture capital and general corporate law. I also assist and advise BCF's clients with the tax and legal services needed by their growing businesses.Over the years, I have elaborated many complex tax strategies in connection with reorganizations and with estates, both in the planning and settlement phases, as well as mergers and acquisitions.I am also regularly called upon to make representations before the tax authorities.I have regularly been asked to give continuing education courses and from 2006 to 2012, I was a lecturer at the Université de Sherbrooke in the Master's Program in Taxation where I gave a course entitled "Interpretation, administration et litige fiscal".
