Core Responsibilities : - Full P&L responsibility on the outcome of the project - Manage R&D, process engineers, marketing. workshop and injection engineer teams with a total headcount of 18 employees. Key Achievements : - Led a product transfer for Weldon Technologies from Malaysia, which included improving the original concept into a lower cost and easy to manufacture product under 8 months. - Developed and trained the team in the PPAP process in order to meet automotive standards. - Achieved reaching a TIER 2 supplier level by implementing KANBAN system in order to assure the on-time delivery of the product. - Conceptualized, designed and manufactured "The Answer Movement" which came as a dream and seemed impossible to fabricate outside of the U.S due to the size of the product. - Cut down the Lead Time on product development and improved the efficiency of the team in order to establish a standard of 10 new products by year.

Core Responsibilities : - Interact with internal and external customers to understand project requirements and expectations.- Present project specifications, budget breakdown, time lines and ROI.- Manage project workflow and implementation of corrective actions to guarantee the compliance of the project.
