With the Mediaroom acquisition by Ericsson in 2013, my role has started with transitioning the engagements in place with major Telecom Operators and Partners in Europe into Ericsson’s programs and service business lines. The transformation I led for the TV & Media Product Area include:- Alcatel-Lucent channel transition to Ericsson’s regions (Portugal Telecom, SingTel, Du, TDC)- Vodafone Ireland, Mediaroom green field deployment. - Vodafone Greece, transition from Alcatel-Lucent to Ericsson,- Vodafone Portugal, MediaFirst deployment,- Japan Digital Serve (JDS) multi-product TV deployment,- Bouygues Telecom MediaFirst Trial,These engagements involve organizational and technical skills, as well as ability to work with different business cultures in Asia, Europe, and the Americas, all across different organizations

My primary responsibility is to lead the IPTV software indirect channel for a major system integrator with worldwide coverage. I contributed to increase the Microsoft footprint in the TV Telecommunication market working with Alcatel-Lucent reaching up to 25 Million subscribers deployed overall. Key capabilities delivered in this position; Orchestrate a v-team of Solutions Architects, Project Managers, Business Development, and Engineering over different geographies to deploy nation-wide TV services over Internet. Implement the overall process designing, deploying and maintaining Microsoft Mediaroom platforms through a System Integrator Manage product requirements with the customer and work with Engineerging to timely develop the software and scale existing deployments. Organize and contibute in software innovation proof of concepts, ex: Mediaroom client for Windows Phone.

Webraska is a leading provider of Location Base Services (LBS) delivering white-branded business to major Wireless operators for ‘map and direction’ applications. I Managed the Professional Services and Engineering teams responsible for both running the geo-localization service 24/7, and client software development. As individual contributor, my role essentially was to run the negotiation and engagement of global projects, as well as scaling the organization up to be able to address parallel deployments in new territories. Among successful shipment I managed to deliver country-wide deployments for Google, Orange, Vodafone, O², and Telstra. I closely worked with Nokia, Microsoft, Apple, and Google.

I've joined Inktomi in 2002 to develop the company's presence in France, Spain and Italy. My immediate priority was to establish and organize the Professional Services teams to rapidly engage with Telecom Operator delivering secured Video Streaming solutions. As Principal consultant I managed the South EMEA competency centre developing talents and organizing the team, but also was responsible for transforming the company from pure Engineering to Service delivery. As technical lead I successfully established strong technical partnership with Apple, Real Networks, and Microsoft, resulting in agreement to better deliver video content into the Inktomi Content Delivery Network (CDN) solution. The key accountabilities I achieved at Inktomi essentially were sucesfull delivery of projects for SFR, Nokia, France Telecom, Bouygues Telecom, Telefónica, and TIM.

I was hired by Sun Microsystem for my expertise on IP architectures and key successful deployments. I started with driving large projects for Telecom Operators in France (FT Hébergement, Bouygues Telecom) and Government. Surfing the joint Sun-Netscape alliance wave, I rapidly was responsible for developing the Sun Professional Services consulting portfolio. Nominated ‘Sun Star’ for accomplishments in 1998 and 1999, I have been tasked to recruit and lead the team of Architects and Project Managers responsible deploying the .COM Solaris™ solution in France.I developed strong team management skills with Sun. As people manager, It was much fruitful in my career leading and developing experienced individuals in a team of 25 heads.

Leading the ISO-to-IP engineering department at Wang Laboratories Europe, I was responsible for designing telecommunication architectures and develop software to migrate ISO services to IP standards. Used as a strategic Engineering resource, my role was to implement software solutions transitioning mail (X.400), file sharing (FTAM) and directory (X.500) services to IP for large organizations (Shengen program), major banks (Group messaging migration), COFACE (Group messaging, directory and Electronic Document Interchange EDI migration). In the 90’s, I became the Technical Programs Manager for the Microsoft, Banyan, Novell, and IBM partnership, heading the liaison with partner’s Consulting Services.
