I have over 10 years of customer service experience. Also, I have held multiple manager positions not shown on resume. In my work on Fort Jackson, I work directly with soldiers and their families as they are graduating from basic Trainning. As a trusted employee I am often placed in charge of events, which can reach upwards of 1000 patrons. As a physical therapy aide, I assist the therapist with patients walking them through exercises, insuring they are being down correctly. Also, it is my duty to call patients and schedule appointment. In regards to the CARE team member award I received, this was for my outstanding patient care and team work. In addition, I was given this award due to ability to multitask
