Today, I am responsible for forming an organizational foundation for each project in which creativity can thrive, and set an example for my team of what energy, enthusiasm, and thoughtfulness can achieve. By continuing to push ourselves and those in our profession to adapt and grow, we learn how we can bring our skills as designers (drawing, spatial awareness, environmental impact) with technical knowledge to provide design-driven solutions to ecological and sociological problems.
