I am a very hard worker and learn very easily. I am very literate on the computer, I did work in the IT department long ago with UNILEVER. I have been an assistant to the Nation Accounts Manager for Shoprite Checkers when I was with TIGER BRANDS. I was unfortunately retrenched and had to look for something else. This is when I entered the property market.I worked as an assistant to the Principal, doing all the preparation for the documentation that went to the Attorneys. I then got involved in one of the developments that was owed by Shoprite Checkers. I handed the apartment to the owners and did the snag lists.I handed them over to Shoprite Checkers, who sorted the snags out. I then toot the client back and handed the keys over to them.While I was dong this job, I saw a gap in the market to do holiday rental. A lot of the owners where furnishing their units and wanted to rent the out as Holliday Accommodation.I ran the company for 9 years then sold it and became a real estate agent, where I was very successful. This is where I am still employed.
