I transitioned back to supervising Probation Officers to do more hands on work with Probation Officers and the offenders they work with. My team predominantly supervises offenders who have been diagnosed with a mental health disorder and tend to be higher risk.

I oversee the operations of both our Drug Court and Mental Health Court programs, I oversee four budgets two federal grants awarded to each of the program. I reach out to treatment agencies to see if they can match the needs of the populations we serve and am always striving to improve the programs, educate attorneys so they can make referrals and go out and do public speeking about the programs. .

Over thirty years of Experience in the Criminal Justice Field, working as a Line Officer, Senior Probation Officer, Supervisor and Program Manager. I oversee the day to day operations of the two Wellness Courts in DuPage County; Drug Court and Micap and the Veterans track in each program. I work with treatment providers, other Wellness Courts and try to stay on top of the latest research from NADCP and the Illinois Association of Problem-Solving Courts.

Provided supervision to a variety of populations, Sex Offender Unit, Domestic Battery Unit, Mental Health Unit. As a Senior Probation Officer assumed additional responsibilities and took on high profile cases.

The mission of the DuPage Homeless Continuum of Care is to develop and support effective strategies to end homelessness in DuPage County.
