Accomplishments:• Secondary Influence & implementation of Access database for distribution in KZN region.• Primary Influence & implementation of optimized delivery service day assignment in Richardsbay, Ladysmith and Newcastle.Duties:• Support and strategic assistance on distribution planning and execution for 7 depots on various distribution systems, software and processes.• Service day/week assignments for deliveries to ABI’s customers for the KZN region (7 depots, 24.000 customers).• Project planning, presentations and implementation of the distribution initiatives.

Accomplishments:• Secondary influence with the successful implementation of scheduling system - SAP APO• Primary influence with a reduction in out of stocks for ABI with an increasing amount of SKU’s.Duties:• Short life stock maintenance & freight management for 17 distribution centers from 5 Manufacturing sites including inter regional transportation of finished product & raw materials between Gauteng & Kwazulu Natal.• Optimize planning process and use of haulage fleet to obtain minimum inventory held within best rotational standards.• Converting the company sales budget into a financially optimal haulage budget per distribution location.• Working in a Supply Chain Team as well as inter acting with other departments and branches, has given me the opportunity to develop skills and exposure in Production, Demand & Haulage planning as well as Externally manufactured products through certified suppliers.
