The project consists of 109 residential unit’s development, in which they are spread across five buildings, with a construction value of $21,400,000.As a Site Manager my Duties consists of but not limited to: • Project Execution; • Construction Planning; • Project Duration and Budget Control and monitoring; • Quality Assurance; • Communicate with architects, engineers, consultants and local authorities; • Ensuring the work complies with building regulations and health and safety legislation; • Managing Contractors and Staff; • Overseeing operations on a day-to-day basis; and • Ensuring minimal disturbance to neighbours and members of the public.

Precision Formwork has been involved in many high profile projects across Sydney and Australia wide. They specialise in Formwork, Steel fixing and Concreting. I was offered a site foreman role in 2006, it was a challenging decision to take as it a very different experience than my previous role, with precision formwork we were the subcontractor, and therefore challenging deadlines had to be met while maintaining the highest levels of quality and safety. Hone Construction is a privately owned and operated residential development company, my first job in the construction field was with hone Construction as an onsite helping hand, working on weekends and school holidays while I was completing my higher school certificate, towards the end of my employment and while I was completing my advanced diploma of structural engineering I was promoted to a team supervisor.
