- Implement, develop and lead (1) an Enterprise Performance Management tool within the Group: quarterly P&L and cash flow update in a 4 years horizon plan (2) a Project & Investment Committee- Lead the mid-year reforecast and yearly 5 years strategic plan exercise. Define and follow up financial aspects of the various BU in cooperation with the Management team. Support BL leaders in strategic planning activities and the HR department.- Various positions within the Controlling department and active in the management team meetings - Succeed in transforming Controlling into a robust business partner- Proactively, provide relevant business support to optimize profitability : working capital, product & project costing, gate process, business case, ROI, profitability analysis, cost savings opportunities, project COGS & Cash curve, branches taxes issues, …- Reorganize a team to better support the business, train and coach the collaborators (8)

- Financial analysis, what if scenario, reporting, Kpi's and variance analysis for various departments- Support management in strategic projects such as new investment plants & pricing strategy- Various positions as business analyst for the Commercial, the Supply Chain and the Procurement, and the Strategic departments- Prepare and present financial results, KPI’s and ad-hoc analyses and understand the business's drivers through participation to European Operation Team meetings

- European Transfer Price Coordinator: perform annual revisions, arbitrate in case of disputes, perform profitability analysis and act as a controller to apply the G-P transfer price rules within our different entities (24 manufacturing sites in Europe).- Provide accurate financial analysis to the management through monthly operational reporting including cost reduction tracking (manufacturing and distribution) and EBIT variance analysis (volume, price, inflation, cost reduction)- Set-up a continuous competitor analysis benchmark against its main European competitors (develop a quarterly dashboard for the management)- Participation in the European Plan process: elaboration of the Plan guidelines distributed to the country controllers, consolidation and analysis of Cost Reduction, Variance analysis, Pricing. - Preparation of Staff, Board and Plan presentations on behalf of the European management
