Provide day to day support for Corporate & National Accounts. Create, implement and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures. Air and ground operations included. Rectify errors in Corporate & National Account payables (spreadsheet and flat file, EDI). Create tariffs, RFQ and RFP submissions; included complex and extensive quote spreadsheets. Closely collaborate with IT department to assess cost of additional expenses for additional services required to gain new lines of business. Monitor P&L statements and identify trends; correct as required. Prepared commission splits for Finance. Review new customer contracts; communicate pertinent information to management.
