I also configure and schedule reports, troubleshoot issues, handle change requests, and ensure system compliance and security. Currently serve as an IT Business Systems Sr. Analyst with extensive, progressive experience as a system implementation team member across all lines of business. Primary responsibility for gathering and documenting requirements, system research and evaluation, product selection, and development of Project Scope documentation; developing security matrices, and configuring user roles based on these matrices; completion of end user setup. Provide system functional configuration for Operations and Accounting, report configurations and scheduling, functional system testing, system sign-off, user manual development, and end user training to both operational and accounting staff. Functional IT support in the post- go live production environment.Implementations and support across multiple casinos with more than 50 food and drink venues, horseracing tracks, hotels, golf courses, retail smoke shops, convenience stores/travel plazas, museums, laundry, meat processing, and personal protective equipment businesses. Historical products implemented, upgraded, and supported include:• Financial systems: PeopleSoft • Fuel Systems: Verifone Ruby, Fuel Smart, and Comdata SmartDesk;• Retail POS Systems: Fastrax, Palm, and Radiant;• Retail Back Office/Inventory/Price Book Systems: Fastrax, Pinnacle, and PDI;• Data Warehouse Systems: FocalPoint, including report configuration;• Food & Beverage Systems: Micros9700 POS; Delphi Banquet system;Work in progress includes configuring Birchstreet Inventory system for upcoming implementation at more than 50 food and drink venues, warehouses, storerooms, and kitchens in 9 casinos. Configuring Fore-Up golf course product for upcoming implementation that will provide POS, inventory, membership, tee time, and golf cart reservations.
