I co-founded the chapter in 2010. Since that time, we have more than doubled in size and production.

I am the VP and Sales Associate for Keystone Real Estate Group. I focus on the residential senior market. When a family finds itself in crisis and needs to sell a parent's home, I will be there to guide them through the process. Keystone has partnered with elder law attorneys, trusted moving companies, financial planners - everyone who needs to be a part.

While at the Chamber, I was responsible for increasing the membership base, and retaining clients. I also co-hosted the monthly Small Talk Leads Group in which I connected people with one another and helped them to gain referral business. The monthly Business After Hours networking events were pivotal toward increasing business for others, and to make new.

Designed scripts and written communications for senior management to introduce monthly sales campaigns across 450+ branch network. Conducted regional presentations to target market sales force in clusters of 25-150 people. Coordinated training modules for 35 new hires in 3-month ramp-up. Responsible for redesign and distributioin of reference/training.

Top producer of five member team. Achieved 140% of sales goal for the year. Developed National Sales territory for high-end accounts. Successfully navigated through a newly formed alliance while working from a remote location. Re-engineered proposal format for entire division.

Top sales performance generating 36% total volume of 5 member staff. Selected as New England delegate to leadership training on diversity.
