As a Large Enterprise Account Executive for Gartner Supply Chain, I am closely aligned with CSCOs, CPOs and executive leadership teams of Fortune 500 companies on their most critical priorities and challenges. I support business leaders that are tasked with major working capital improvements, cost savings initiatives, S&OP/IBP, implementation of AI/GenAI in the supply chain, inventory concerns, global network challenges, procurement COE, data and analytics and supply chain antifragility, amongst many others. Taking a consultative approach, I identify areas of opportunity for my clients, and direct the excellent service delivery of executive advisory, benchmarking, analyst inquiry and other key capabilities that 85% of the Global 500 rely on.

As an Account Director II of Talent Solutions, I worked closely with organizations to align LinkedIn’s holistic Enterprise solutions with their most critical business objectives. Armed with LinkedIn’s Economic Graph, I leveraged our real-time data to help business leaders expand and diversify their talent pool with a skills-first strategy, promote their authentic employer brand, hire engaged talent at scale, and develop their employees. A consultative partner to CHROs, HR and Recruiting senior leaders and their teams, I led with creative and impactful solutions to their most pressing and ever evolving business challenges.

While training as a professional dancer, I began my journey with Pilates at age 11. Over the course of my young adult life, I honed my skills and applied the methodology to keep me strong, injury free, and agile. I became comprehensively certified in NYC to teach Pilates in 2002, and founded a very successful, high impact boutique Pilates practice and wellness brand in San Francisco, built from the ground up. FLOW with Jeana specialized in training elite international athletes, clinical injury rehab, prenatal support and postpartum rehabilitation. We have been featured in publications and podcasts, participated in teacher trainings and mentorships and keep close relationships to the fitness business community.
