Current• Worked in a global cross functional team to streamline Rogers Global Product Costing. In this team, a standard was designed, and I played a central role to convert existing process to conform to the new standard. • Utilized Microsoft Visio and lean manufacturing tools to design a standard work center/ cost center format that takes into consideration of the uniqueness of Rogers global business processes.• Maintained PeopleSoft Bills of Materials (BoM) and process routings to conform to the new standard across all North American Business units.• Performed time studies across various processes and updated process routers to ensure accurate product costing.• Utilized knowledge of PeopleSoft and SAP ERP to support the creation and maintenance of production orders.• Led a team of engineers and SMEs in Gemba walks through the BRK 95 program aimed at improving process flow, minimizing defects, and improving yield.
