As a Commitments Coordinator I collaborated with other client groups supporting Major Projects to develop and implement a sustainable program for the tracking and management of multi-disciplinary stakeholder commitments during the construction phase of the project. The agile implementation of the program resulted in an accessible knowledge base to allow the project team to view all open, closed and past-due commitments, the various due-dates, and the specific location along the right-of-way. During my time as a Process Analyst with TransCanada I developed and updated various SCM process to ensure alignment with SAP Materials Management (MM) (Purchase Order single-sign-off requirements, Contract and Agreement execution requirements). As the RFP Coordinator for Supply Chain Operations I was the single point of contact between supply chain, suppliers and client groups during active RFPs.
