    As an assistant manager at EXKi, I participated at the opening of the restaurant in Brussels Airport. This experience was very rewarding in different ways. First, I had to catch up with the fast-paced environment of the food industry. Next, I was given the chance to be in charge for the fresh food. In that way, I integrated all EXKi's topnotch quality standards. I also succeeded in stabilizing quickly the orders of those products. Last but not least, with the manager we launched and trained a complete new team of 12 people.
