I have always been involved during my studies in several recreation organisation and taking this job of event manager was the next natural step onto my way to entrepreneurship. With them I learned to conciliate my interest for food and events, stimulated their turnover, developed appropriate tools, managed and trained a large team of students, increased the visibility of the brand and managed the winter pop-up store. In a couple of words, I would say that I got a deep understanding about the market through this experience.
