I am leading teams and departmental transformations for 10+ years, with a great passion on identifying and enhancing professional and personal skills. My biggest achievement is the career progression of the great professionals I had the opportunity to work with.I started my career in 1987, always with a strong focus on team and project management (PM) theory and practice acquired over more than 35 years managing IS, IT and biological research programs, projects and teams.I am also a lecturer on PM and leadership, having delivered presentations in global congresses and currently teaching at the University of Fribourg (iimt - Switzerland), University of Sydney (Australia) and at Norges teknisk-naturvitenskapelige universitet (NTNU - Norway).In the past I was also responsible for the global PM methodology of a global company, consolidating worldwide best practices, providing coaching, giving internal training, congress presentations and post-graduate classes. I developed the materials for three training courses and trained almost 100 internal instructors to deliver sessions around the globe.I am used to perform all the project functions (using structured methodologies), from planning and leadership to consulting and support in the implementation, documentation and training. I have built solid skills to communicate in multi-cultural and multi-language environments, essential when coordinating people and managing relationships with customers and suppliers over distance (Global Project Management).
