I established my strategic consulting firm in order to help key business leaders make and apply strategic decisions that will directly impact on their organizations’ success.Before founding my consulting firm, I developed a strong expertise in sales and marketing. I worked for medium- and large-size pharmaceutical companies as well as in the field of communications for advertizing agencies specializing in health care.I was responsible for marketing, strategic planning and business development for the Canadian and Latin American markets. My activities mainly focused on the business strategies of generic injectable products, biosimilars and medical equipment sold in hospital environments. In this capacity, I demonstrated my ability to draw up, implement and follow up on strategic plans.I acquired six years of experience in communications agencies where I built a solid reputation in strategic planning and marketing. I worked on professional communications between pharmaceutical companies, health care professionals and patients.I directed several sales teams and managed implementation of numerous marketing tactics. In my four years spent in sales management, I led my various teams to winning the President’s Trip three times. I also assumed responsibility for trade relations and business development. In this role, I developed partnerships with pharmacy chains, banners, pharmacists' associations, and wholesalers. I made my mark implementing innovative pharmacy programs.I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce as well as a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.Outside the office, I’m a sailing and alpine skiing enthusiast. I spend my free time sailing or skiing with my spouse and two sons at my country cottage in the Laurentians.
