Working on a contract basis for Aon Hewitt, create content and provide insights on approach to deliver outstanding benefits and compensation communications for employees of client organizations.

Responsibilities include collaborating in the development and execution of communication strategies and plans for all things total compensation for audience of approximately 17,000 employees as well as internal stakeholders (leaders, HR); acting as communications lead for annual HR processes including health and retirement program enrollments and annual compensation cycle; while contributing to or managing special departmental projects and providing leadership communications for VP. Managed communication budget of over $500k to bring benefits and compensation information to life for all levels of employees using all available media and channels, and implementing new platforms along the way.

Managed & assisted in the development and distribution of targeted communications to Quaker's domestic employees regarding health and welfare plans, 401(k) and retirement plans, compensation, and corporate human resources practices and policies; employing a variety of media, including print, Intranet, video, and employee meetings. Developed and provided supporting communications and documentation regarding benefits administration, human resources and payroll processes. Of note: personally created the communications position while working as member of team that designed the centralized HR service center in which this position sat; developed communications related to the transition to the service center; developed and maintained extensive online Help system used by call center representatives to access information about location-specific benefits and pay programs available to employees at facilities across the U.S.Progressed from starting position in HR data entry and subsequent HR coordinator positions, successfully carrying out all aspects of HR activities for a large base of clients while improving on processes and methods. Of note, played a key role in large-scale HR change activities including location start-ups and closures.
