In parallel, I took over the interim Management of an underperforming affiliate Vlisco South Africa for 6 months with mission to clear stock and integrate the unit by another division.▪ Successfully launched 2 new product lines out of the traditional product portfolio and developed a new printing technique for our designs. ▪ Clarified marketing actions around clear attributes which increased brand exposure to diaspora and tourism retail.▪ Vlisco South Africa reduced fixed costs by 45%, cleared 80% of slow moving stock and was successfully integrated by another corporate division. -
