Worked directly with the unit Vice President and cross-unit leadership to brainstorm ideas for efficiency, process improvement, and effort reduction while maintaining quality. Participated in several Six Sigma process improvement initiatives. Developed an implementation plan for diversity, inclusion, and equity initiatives within the organization.Led a year-long, multi-million dollar project to identify a vendor-partner to replace aging infrastructure. Facilitated up to 10 onsite training workshops for medical faculty, veterinary faculty, and health professions educators annually and presented at national conferences.
