Build a production planning tool for the mining industry. We can predict production patterns by identifying future constraints based on custom supply chain modeling and put-to-process analysis. Our tools are used in major mining companies with complex operations around the world. We are able to provide visibility in the flow of goods through out the supply chain, including plant constraints, transportation scheduling and product grade.

During this project, I gathered the customer expectation and suggested some improvements, performed the initial design and conceptual phase, chose the development process and submitted tasks to the development team. I also acted as the bridge for communication between end customer and developers. This long term assignment had included 5 different development phase and some maintenance periods. The solution includes a desktop client and a web interface, a web service and some various maintenance tools. The solution is based on six sigma / lean management principle. The solution provides the ability to perform Put-to-Process modeling, recipe blending, track input feeds, track and forecast inventories, manage railcars and boat fleets, manage and work with multiple scenarios, short and long range planning capabilities, provides various web reports, supporting multiple site or divisions within one company and also has full auditing capabilities.During this assignment, I had to travel to meet with customers based in Canada, Norway and Belgium.
