I am a proposal strategist, an advocate for the proposal profession, and a proposal writer. I came to this role honestly: I learned first-hand the disastrous effect of a poorly-written proposal when it lost me an enormous bid for which my organization was the front-runner. This defining moment sent me on a mission to learn the craft of professional proposal writing from the ground up. In the 15 years since this event, I have helped evolve proposals and the proposal process for many organizations as an in-house proposal specialist, a proposal consultant, and as a sales leader. This passion for proposals has led me to my role today as the VP of Sales and Proposal Strategy for Expedience Software – pioneers in proposal software industry.I create proactive proposals and RFP responses to this day. I also get the opportunity to help hundreds of other organizations with proposal process, strategy, and automation.
