As part of the ROC USA team, I provide national support for the ROC Direct Program. As a ROC subject matter expert, I oversee the network of developing and established resident- owned communities. I work closely with communities in the formation and transition to resident ownership- training, coaching and consulting to establish governance and operating systems for future ownership.I also work to advocate and promote the ROC model and program to town and state officials , seeking supportive partners for housing security within the existing portfolio.I work to assist and develop partnerships and strong relationships though collaboration and education- the essential element for ROC growth and success.

I work with a team of talented individuals that work alongside residents of manufactured housing communities to explore the option to purchase their community and manage and operate through cooperative governance and leadership development. This work helps to secure long term stable and affordable communities across New Hampshire and across the nation through the ROC USA Network.We provide coaching, training and consulting to empower homeowners to develop and strengthen leadership skills; exploring real estate ownership, business planning and solid governance practices that build better communities while educating homeowners in governance and business practices.

Maine Region

I work with manufactured housing park owners and residents to execute a fair and market rate sale of the park, transitioning the residents to owners! I also provide training and coaching of resident park owners to help them operate the community as a cooperative. This includes coaching and development of volunteer boards of directors and resident members in the areas of governance, financials, committee development and leadership development skills. Develop partnerships throughout the State that benefit cooperative members including lenders, state funding agencies and non-profit organizations.Coordinate projects to plan, repair and replace aging infrastructure systems. This work includes coordination of engineers, funders and grant writers. By coordinating these efforts as a liaison, community leaders gain skills needed to successfully execute large scale projects.Facilitative training that provides tools and skills to effectively create, implement and sustain a cooperative business plan.

Provide support and technical assistance to residents who have acquired their manufactured housing parks to form a consumer cooperative. Coaching and development of volunteer boards of directors and members in the areas of governance, financials, committee development and leadership development skills. Primary focus of community infrastructure systems. Help to coordinate, fund and implement repair and/or replacement of community systems such as water, waste-water, electrical, roadways and drainage systems.
