Mortgage Loan Post Closing Index Specialist
CurrentThis position is responsible for reviewing and indexing signed loan closing documents. Contacting Borrowers, Title Companies or Closers/Funders for missing or un-signed closing documents. Working Reports for Audit Indexing Loan Request from Mortgage Compliance. Delegating loans to be indexed that have been requested by Audit to other post-Closing team members.Essential Functions:* Indexes signed closing documents into LOS System: Encompass, keeping up with all Company policies.* Contacts Borrowers, Title Companies or Closers/funders for missing or non-signed closing documents.* Completes audit loan request from Mortgage Compliance* Indexing recorded MTG/DOT and TPOL* Completes adverse action notices within required regulation guidelines.* Organize loans and reviews documents for discrepancies.* Track and ship collateral documents to the warehouse bank.* Deliver loan documents to investors within timelines established by secondary marketing to prevent market adjustments.* Monitor shipment of loans to warehouse banks and investors.
