As a Real Estate Specialist, my success comes from happy clients who found my knowledge and negotiating ability to be a great benefit to them.Growing up on a farm near the Canadian line was the best possible start in life I could ever imagine. Little did I know that all the hard work and unconventional lifestyle would benefit me for the rest of my life!I graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with degrees in Music Education and Business Administration and was fortunate to study voice in Italy before finding my way to Southern California. On arrival, I was incredibly lucky to land a job with a group of Investors in the Movie & Television industry as their portfolio manager. The chance to attend the Academy Awards & Film Editors Guild events was an added bonus but my passion was analyzing properties, seeking out new opportunities, and closing deals!As a result of this experience, I became interested in the loan business and worked as a loan officer for several large banks. As lending changed, I continued with my career path until a couple of years ago when I decided to shift gears and return to working as a Realtor. My passion for real estate drives my work ethic but the trust clients can place in me comes from my parents' rigid adherence to honesty and truth.
