Serve as strategic and vision leader for Kennedy Center’s local and national partnerships with PK-Grade 12 schools and community based organizations, including DC School and Community Initiatives, Changing Education Through the Arts, Turnaround Arts, Ensuring the Arts for Any Given Child and Partners in Education. Program portfolio includes a comprehensive partnership with DCPS, in-depth partnerships in 25 DC public and public charter schools, performance access programs for community organizations and schools in the greater DC metro area, direct and serve as a facilitator for the Ensuring the Arts for Any Given Child collective impact initiative, and lead mentor and founder of the Kennedy Center’s Youth Council. Serve on the boards of directors for the Duke Ellington School of the Arts Partnership, the DC Arts and Humanities Collaborative, Boris L. Henson Foundation and CapX Lab.

◊ Develop budget, manage, and evaluate local programs including: • Partnerships with District of Columbia Public Schools (Kennedy Center DC Partnership Schools Initiative and Duke Ellington School Partnership) to support arts education through artist residencies, professional development for teachers, and performances at the Kennedy Center• Performance and event access programs for school groups and community organizations (America’s Promise and MyTix Groups Community Outreach)• Artistic development led by professional artists presented at the Kennedy Center representing art forms for students.
