Provide holistic mental, social and spiritual guidance and resources to multigenerational persons in search of optimal health and wellness.Cross Generations provides life coaching services, educational consultancy and referrals to agencies aligned with individuals' presenting needs.

My responsibilities include providing responsive services to students, staff and the community which are proactive and/or provide direct intervention via assessment, individual or group counseling, classroom guidance, consultation with other professionals and referrals to outside agencies. I am also tasked with conducting multi-disciplinary team meetings, assuring compliance with all state and/or federal regulations with reference to IDEA, coordinating special education programs, services and service providers, conducting professional development and mini-trainings and serving as Student Support Team (SST) and Response to Intervention (RTI) lead.

I provided overall management, data analysis and quality management/ quality assurance of all programs in each of three Azure, LLC. residences. I provided supervision and daily consultation to all direct care and program management staff including Service Coordinator, Health Care Services staff, House Manager and Residential Care Associates (RCA). I ensured the safety and wellbeing of adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities, mental illness and traumatic brain injury via monitoring and revising Behavior Support Plans (BSP), Individual Support Plans (ISP) as required, conducting staff trainings and participating in interdisciplinary clinical reviews. I interfaced with and ensured that DC Medicaid Waiver, DC Department on Disability Services and DC Department of Health regulations were honored. I served as company representative during marketing opportunities and while attending DC Coalition of Community Provider meetings, City Council meetings and other critical advocacy and testimony meetings.

I assessed the needs, abilities and skills of participants with qualifying disabilities making reasonable ADA/IEAIA compliant accommodations in order to ensure their ability to participate alongside their non-disabled peers in MNCPPC programs of their choosing. I developed and implemented individual education and recreation plans for identified participants as well as behavior management plans as necessary. I was responsible for recruiting, hiring and training staff as well as planning, coordinating and evaluating the services provided. Finally, I marketed MNCPPC's Inclusion Services via presentations at schools, community organizations and events while also creating brochures and flyers to be provided to cooperating agencies and colleges.

I provided direct services to clients through the development, implementation, coordination and assessment of programs, resources and services offered by the Comprehensive Student Service Team (CSST). I sustained a supportive academic, social and emotional environment through counseling and psychological service provision, attendance monitoring and truancy counsel, conducting disciplinary hearings, coordinating/conducting student assessments, maintaining relationships with community services, coordinating mentor an internship programs and instituting a student government program. I additionally served as a member of the Academy Management Team, developing policy for the CSST allocating budget and managing reviews of the work performed by the CSST. I was tasked with recruiting, training, supervising and evaluating the school's service providers.

In this role I analyzed and summarized person/social development needs/strengths of various grade levels using data gathered from surveys, portfolios and class profiles. I also created and implemented a child study team to observe the needs of identified students suggesting strategies for implementation. I conducted behavioral, academic and social skills assessments and provided supportive counseling to and guidance to students and parents in the areas of social/emotional adjustment, environmental concerns, health, economic need, absenteeism and domestic problems.
