- Supervised 20+ volunteers and 3 assistants through delegation of tasks and thorough training, which resulted in a successfully run ESL Program- Organized and developed workshops to train a team of about 20 volunteers tutors in various relevant topics such as second language acquisition, best teaching practices, etc.- Collaborated effectively and successfully with various groups of people including, volunteers, church members, and other organizations and businesses such as an immigrant resource fair, which required collaboration with 6 outside organizations, 2 vendors, and 19 tabling organizations.
