Steps to Success (STS) is a Program within the Public Schools of Brookline that provides students/families living in Brookline Public Housing with access to opportunities. • Supervise/Support PSB Steps to Success Advisors in their advocacy/support work with students and families.• Develop and coordinate After Hours U and Teen Advantage, after school programs for students in elementary schools including developing curricula, hiring staff, enrolling students, monitoring attendance and outcomes.• Coordinate after-school programs for students with university partners (Boston College INK program, Simmons Girls Mentoring program).• Facilitate student enrollment in internship and job opportunities established/provided by STS Inc.

The SEED (Seeking Educational Equity and Diversity) National Network is a peer-led professional development program that creates conversational communities to drive personal, organizational, and societal change toward greater equity and diversity.-Co-facilitate/teach monthly three-credit course through Fitchburg State University to Public Schools of Brookline faculty including syllabus creation and grading of assignments. -Equip educators to connect our lives to one another and to society at large by acknowledging systems of oppression, power, and privilege.
