My work as a Technical Consultant on the Commercial Field Intelligence team focused on the design and development of MyInsights data visualizations embedded within Veeva CRM. I led design sessions with clients to collaboratively produce dashboard mockups that fit their business needs as well as UI best practices, and then built the visualizations out using the Vue.js framework. This design and development process involved a full evaluation of relevant KPIs and business logic, data sources and formats, and optimizing current-day field rep behavior.Aside from this, I also assisted with the implementation of various aspects of the CRM platform, such as Veeva Network and Veeva Andi, in both configuration and subject matter expert capacities.

As an Associate Consultant on Veeva's Commercial CRM team, I implemented Veeva CRM and CRM add-ons for customers in the life sciences industry. I conducted business requirements workshops to tailor each CRM solution to the customer's unique business needs, from global enterprise companies to SMBs, as well as configured the Force.com-based CRM system according to these requirements. I also took part in Veeva MyInsights dashboard implementations, which involved designing data visualizations for customers and building them using JS derivatives, such as Angular and Elm. This has helped me develop an understanding of both UX best practices and business logic. Internally, I have created CRM domain education assets to help other Veeva professional services team members better understand MyInsights and UX methodology. I have also worked with the Veeva product team to create roadmaps and collect requirements based on user and client needs.

My main function at the Berkman Klein Center was a research assistant for the Internet Monitor team, performing data analysis and proofreading tasks for the team's research reports. In this capacity, I worked closely with research faculty and program coordinators at the center to ensure the validity and consistency of our findings. I also coordinated communications for the project, creating original content for Internet Monitor's blog and Medium as well as moderating its Twitter account. My article, "The Chinese Language As A Weapon," was the most-read article on the IM Medium account for 2017, and I increased Twitter activity by 85% during my time at the center. I helped the team in a technical capacity as well, performing routine maintenance on the project's website and quality assurance on the project's webapps.

I worked with members of Genesys' Strategic Marketing team to produce training materials for Sales team members based on quarterly performance data and inter-team memos detailing shifts in product and marketing strategy. I analyzed data and extracted trends from the data to turn into best practices on how to sell to certain client personas, companies, and in different contexts. When needed, I would also work with the Competitive Intelligence team to evaluate the actions of Genesys' competitors in the field, and formulate strategy in response to their actions.
