Team Van Oord is a JV between Van Oord; Mackley Construction; Kier Construction and Royal HaskoningDHV, and was brought together to deliver the Work Packages under the Environment Agency’s National Contractor Framework (NCF) in 2002 and has since been successful in continuing through to the current WEM framework. I was also a key member of the TVO Bid Team for the Environment Agency Water and Environment Management Framework.
