Director Sales Training And Development Global & EuropeDhl Express May 2013 - Jun 2021EuropePromoted to Global and European Head of Sales Training and Development.Major projects completed:• Developed the sales training suite for the National, Regional and Global Customer Managers and deployed the 55-hour training curriculum to 800 Customer Managers and sales leaders. The first time that a training program of this scale was launched to this sales channel. • Developed a collection of training modules to review key sales and sales management skills (4000 sales employees and 1100 sales managers in 220 countries), launching a new, pragmatic method of implementing the modules that showed a significant reduction in implementation costs. • General Price Increase introduction session for years 2010 – 2017, contributing to the successful implementation of the annual price increase with customers and additional revenue obtained for DHL Express.Award: Employee of the Year 2012. • Responsible for the Global Sales Training and Development annual development budget.• Lead the discovery, development and implementation of sales training curriculum for global sales force (6000 sales managers & sales executives). Translating sales training curriculum into 14 languages.• Expertly managing relationships with executive and senior internal, external stakeholders and suppliers on a Global and European level. • Personally facilitated over 130 training sessions to sales leaders and sales executives in 46 countries in 4 regions (EU, AP, AM and MENA)• Maintained 93% feedback rating (current average 85%)• Certified in 15 DHL Express sales training courses and therefore able to facilitate all courses to the sales leaders and sales executives.
