Nordic Partnership Lead/ Business Owner

As the Nordic Partnership Lead (Business Owner), I was responsible for 20% of TUI`s total revenue – approx. 4,2 Billion SEK/year. I had a team of 4 people, located in Sweden and Norway. The Nordic partnerships included TUI´s affiliate’s network, online travel agents and meta search sites across the Nordic region. It also included corporate partnerships such as COOP, Nordic Choice Hotels, Aftonbladet, Bilka, Stockmann etc.My overall aims were to set up a new partnership strategy and implement it. Main tasks were to manage relevant value streams within 3 epics/ BA´s in terms of optimizing existing sales channels and partnerships, extending reach, increase awareness, engagement, retention, brand recognition and growth. Focus were upon Customer Experience and Service Design, Manage Cross functional Agile team and set up of channel strategy . I worked in a Nordic cross functional team in close cooperation with all LOB´s and development teams to set up integrations and API´s, handling requirements , value streams and managing new product releases. My work included portfolio management, commercial rights, online and in store campaigns, (retail and FMCG). Jeanette also launched eco-food at TUI´s airplanes and created a new Pan-Nordic product: TUI Training.I increased revenue with med approx. 1 Billion SEK during this assignment. Focus: B2C, B2B2C
