Entrepreneurial venture, developing a sensing-device that quantitatively can measure the freshness of meat and fish and objectively determine the remaining shelf-life. AmiNIC was started with co-inventor PhD in Biology Elizabeth Robertson and continued in collaboration with business developer and experienced manager Jesper Haugaard, now with several additional partners with complementing competences like production scaling, experince from the food business, sales channels and private investor LogiCon Nordic and investor Syddansk Innovation. Development in collaboration with University of Southern Denmark, Århus University, University of Copenhagen, Danish Meat Research Institute, Teknologisk Institut, Fraunhofer Institute and several food businesses.

Material science and electrochemistry. Research and development in lithium-ion batteries and setting up and requiring expertise in test-set-ups for evaluation of relevant material properties for novel cathodes.

The PhD-project in silicon carbide filter materials. Development of combined dieselpanrtictlefilter and SCR catalyst for exhaust gas purification.
