Dr. Miller is a global citizen, having worked in emerging markets for over a dozen years, specializing in economic development and business start-ups. During her career, she has had a leadership positions with the US Government, worked for multinational management consulting firms, and has been an entrepreneur. Dr. Miller has been involved in developing the spark of ideas, to creating strategies for national governments. Changing the world is a passion of Dr. Miller’s, in a broad all-encompassing approach, as well as in the world that touches each individual. Some of her skills include strategic planning and implementation, leadership/management, and entrepreneurship. She is on faculty at the Smeal College of Business at Penn State and also works as a consultant domestically and internationally.
